Milldam
« on: May 07, 2018, 08:49:39 PM »
Back to my favorite spot of Milldam Creek.  The very small white perch were everywhere and didn't see too many Gar doing the Gar thing.  With the one foot drop in the river gauge (north winds), thought the water would be murky, but it was amazingly clear.   Fished Milldam creek from 5 - 7:30.   Caught 6 small bass with the biggest at 1-5.   The small white perch were abundant and I lost count of how many I caught on the betlespin, but they were hitting XTS and Prank equally aggressively.   Couple small Crappie as well.   Not a bad trip even though the wind was a bit strong for my liking.
